Our Mission is to help people have confidence to reach their full potential. We help people let go of emotional baggage, trauma, limiting beliefs, and negative thoughts. We want people to pass on a legacy of an empowered mindset, unlimited possibilities, and a life of fulfillment.

    I offer one on one consultations, in person or virtually, to help adults and youth clear suppressed emotions, discover and overcome limiting beliefs, gain confidence to conquer upper limits, and stop the cycle of negative thoughts that are blocking them from following their dreams and being able to live an abundant life.

My Story

I have had depression hit me at different times in my life. A year ago I lay in bed feeling stuck in my employment that no longer felt fulfilling, feeling overweight with no energy. I lay in bed thinking well this is it, this is just how it is going to be the rest of my life.

At the same time my son was also dealing with depression, anxiety, and panic attacks. We had taken him to the hospital 3 times in the last 4 years as he didn’t want to live. I wondered why my son struggled so much with negative thoughts. He seemed to get stuck on certain ways of thinking.

I thought, there has to be answers. I don’t think God put us on this earth to spend our lives in despair and hopelessness. I started researching. I had already obtained my bachelors in Psychology, and gotten a masters in Behavior Analysis. I learned that behavior can change and that it seemed that the psychology field was putting more diagnoses on people than what was necessary. If people can change, why do we give them a diagnosis like it is a disease for life. It takes so much of the control away from people that they can do things to improve their situation. Some medications can help with mental health issues but it seemed more like a band aid for symptoms, instead of focusing on the real cause.

Also, during this time, my family had been doing a health program. And I discovered that some friends and family really had difficulty with buffering their emotions with over eating. They literally used eating as a coping skill to deal with suppressed emotions and taking away that over eating was not an option for them. There was more benefit to them to suppress their painful emotion than to get healthy, in their mind anyway.

As I did my research, first I focused in the mindset and self improvement industry. I learned how affirmations, meditations, visualizations can help if they are done often enough and people also take action. But more often than not, people have emotional baggage from past events or trauma that they need to heal from in order for affirmations to be helpful. Negative thoughts and limiting beliefs get stuck with these emotions. And the brain loves repetition. What we think more about creates more neuro pathways of that thought.

Then one day I was introduced to a type of coaching that understood how to effectively help people let go of emotions from past events, negative thoughts, and limiting beliefs. The technique was so successful for me that I decided to get certified in it so I could help others suffering from depression and anxiety.
